Research of reliable multicast protocol based on TCP congestion control

As the internet becomes larger and larger,the number of user and applications using internet increases very quickly.Congestion has become an important tissue.So a new protocol is introduced,called RCCMP(reliable congestion controlled multicast protocol).The congestion control is a central part of the protocol,the protocol neither needs support from network elements nor maintains state in-formation dependent of the number of receivers.And a number of simulation results on its performance are presented.
