Along with the computer technology and network technology development,the information age has been coming.In order to improve the embarcadero transportation efficiency,propagandize and carry out the water traffic safety principles,policies,regulations and technical specifications and standards,quickly,conveniently and timely obtain all kinds of information,and realize the unified management of maritime information resources,provide more opportunities and wider development space for the enterprises,promote the development of regional economy,so building a maritime information service platform is becoming more and more important.This paper puts forward a maritime information service platform based on SSi2,through an in-depth study of present development situation of maritime information service platform.Based on thorough study on development present situation,it presents a system framework based on SSi2 maritime information service platform.
