Discussion on Water Management Informatization in Bazhou of Xinjiang

Located at the middle of Eurasia, Bazhou is seriously short of water resources. In order toreinforce environmental protection and water resources management, Bazhou established a water managementinformationatization system. The author introduced the demands, purposes, principles, and detailed contents ofthis system. Based on actual application after first phase, the informationatizaiton project is proved to haverealized optimal water resources dispatch ,promoted development of modern water management.
