The crime of swindling concerning electronic funds has it's own characteristics in the way of action ,which refers to both virtual and real space. The authors suggest that the offense begins at certain special page of information system, and accomplishes with real results happening. At last this article studies the difference between the electronic funds defraud and the larceny.
