Automated Test System of Industrial Platinum & Copper Resistance Based on LabVIEW

A LabVIEW software platform was designed based on testing equipments of super-resistance temperature detector and secondary standard platinum resistance thermometer.The software platform achieves functions of real-time acquisition and analysis of tested thermal resistance signals and can deal with tested thermal resistance signals.The software platform and testing equipments constitute the automatic testing system of industrial platinum copper resistance.The system solves the problems of complex connection,low efficiency and gager's high laboring intensity on the condition of manual testing.Field application effect of the system is better.
