This paper introduced the background of developing financial analysis teaching software by C#,elaborated software's major function and the architecture,analyzed the principle of the background database design and the data entry function with emphasis,and provided the implementation ideas of the financial reporting function and the financial analysis function with pictures,above-mentioned research result have higher practical worth for college financial analysis course teaching and relevant personnel carry on business financial analysis.
