Complex adaptive system theory provides a new approach to recognize,understand,control,manage the complex system.Presents a decision support systems model based on adaptive decision agent(ADA)aiming at the development trend for distributing group decision.Adaptive decision agent was defined,and its adaptive character was described.The adaptivity of ADA results a global emergency behavior,and the solutions for complex decision problem can be achieved eventually.
