HLR is the central database of GSM system. In this paper, we introduce an OperationMaintenance Center(OMC) based on C/S mode, analyze this OMC from a business point of view, and select a realization mode, which combines a two-tier C/S mode and a three-tier mode. We have achieved excellent results in our experiments.[WT5HZ]
