The Application of Medical Image Registration Based on ITK

Medical image registration is to seek a sort of spacial transformations for a medical image,which makes the homologous points consistent between the images.This consistent means that the same anatomise points of human body have the same space locations in two medical image.The Insight Toolkit(ITK) is a powerful medical image processing class libraries,which is for the purpose of medical image processing,segmentation and registration.The paper introduces the algorithm of image registration and the application of ITK in medical image registration.In the end,an instance is achieved in medical image registration.
