On the basis of bringing forward the concept of intelligent logistics system (ILS), we use logistics theory and system analysis method to analyze the framework of ILS. According to the function of logistics activities, we choose intelligent and related techniques to provide reference to the design of ILS. At the end of this paper, we put forward the blue print of ILS in railway distribution.
