Using Intelligent Modularized Console as Man-Machine Interface in Computer Based Interlocking System

Intelligent modularized console has great anti-jamming ability, so it is an optional man-machine interface device in computer based interlocking system. This paper first compares the advantage and disadvantage between using console and using standard computer device as man-machine interface equipment, then brings out the double channel Ethernet connection method with control-display machine and the whole communication contents, also expatiates on the disposal mechanism for communication abnormity and the operating/stand-by switch logic based on the communication strategy of combining periodic transmission, instant transmission and heartbeat detection together. A scheme which adding a switch button solves the manual switch problem between the mouse and the console operation mode, and also effectively isolates each other.
