The traffic accident responsibility identified system based on violations fault coefficient

It makes use of the traffic statistics to quantify the role of various violations in the the accidents formation process,proposes the violations fault coefficient,and gives the quantitative method.The accident responsibility confirmation method is provided based on fault coefficient by violations fault coefficient grading,which can significantly determine the proportion of traffic accident responsibility through the application of practical case,and promote the accident responsibility confirmation to a fair,scientific and rational development direction.
