On Preventing Academic Misconduct from the Source

As the main pass of publishing science technology theses,the newsroom of science technology journals should try to prevent academic thesis misconduct in the course of editing and publishing.This paper discusses how to carry out thesis duplicate checking using modern techniques,how to strictly implement the peer review system,how to continuously improve the quality of editors,and,therefore,makes efforts to prevent academic misconduct from the source.
