The efficiency evaluation of artillery C4ISR system is one of our army information combined operation efficacy appraises important studies content.Based on the demand of battling efficiency and combined with our army the artillery systems actual conditions,this paper have suggested that establishing the cardinal principle appraising three of index,set up the indexes system of efficiency evaluation and discussed ideal thermal charge right method of entropy and the ideal point analysis manner and main step,and given a example.By the MATLAB programming comes true,it have got every estimate systems' superior or inferior rank,speed quickly,high systematically accuracy,and have weaken the subjective factor,more convincing feasible valuation,and can guide daily of the armed force to train and examine.
