Application Study on Real Estate Early Warning System Supported by Large Scale System Cybernetics

Real estate early warning system is very important to promoting the industry's healthy,stable and sustainable development.In this paper,starting with economic early warning,the developing actuality and shortage of real estate early warning system domestic and overseas at present were summarized.Implementation of early warning system supported by large scale system Cybernetics was put forward.,and its constitutes and functions were simply depicted.At last,the particular flow and methods combined with the living study to Guiyang and its unique advantages were analyzed.This system and its theory can be used widely to the other cities or regions of China in implementing and studying the real estate early warning system.
