Construct of Network Reading Mode

This paper analyses the current situation and points out the mainly problems of net reading.On the elicitation of Westkey and Mackan reading mode,this paper constructs the net reading mode which show its essential and characteristics of the net reading.At the end of paper,on the elicitation of new mode,the author point out the tactics of how to develop net reading.
