The common flaw of the multimedium editor software is that it cannot control course that is depending on the programs. The more complex programs need to be complied applying the external programs with nice visions. Visual Basic Language can offer programming techniques in CAI courseware of P.E.,such as cartoon fabrication,image substitution,sound and video etc. The design of the CAI courseware of P.E. cannot be realized without program processing. The program design can improve multimedium CAI courseware of P.E.
