Realization of Digital Simultaneous RTSP Internet Transmit Based on TCP/IP

In recent years,video frequency digitalization has been widely used in such domains as education、national defense and public security.After being digitalized video frequency can be transmited and stored conveniently.As far as RTSP transmission of video frequency is concerned,there're two kinds which are popular and often used today:the agreement on RTSP and the agreement on the MMS,and both of them belong to agreement on the layer of application,which can control the transmission of video-audio frequency.This article is to explore the realization of RTSP and transmit condensed ES current of video frequency,the whole of process is based on the agreement on TCP/IP,and without the usage of MMS and RTSP,and its transmission buffer division will be managed effectively to realize the successive、simultaneous and effective control and transmission of video frequency.
