A Low-SNR Digital QPSK Demodulator Based on DVB-S

The paper presents the design of all-digital QPSK demodulator based on DVB-S specification and gives the detailed expatiation for algorithms and architecture of two sub-loops: Frequency Recovery Loop and Phase Trace Loop. In order to meet the requirement of SNR, a self-designing structure of Frequency Corrector is proposed. The experiment result shows that the whole system totally satisfies the requirement of SNR described in DVB-S spec.
