Metadata Management in the Integrated Networks Management System
Junde Song · Journal of Wuhan University · 2007
A solution of metadata management oriented integration of networks management is proposed after discussion of data integration in platform of integrated networks management. The architecture of management in this solution utilizes model driven technology, and introduces a kind of formalized method to describe metadata in networks management system. On abstract meta-model view, the solution eliminates the information isolated island between different specialized networks management subsystem. Finally mechanism and theory of metadata exchange is analyzed, and design proposal and implementation of metadata exchange in this platform is presented, including mapping model to Java interface.
