The measuring and testing technique of criminal mentality has its scientific psychological foundation,so do the process of question design and testing.The technique can play an important role in investigation.We should have a scientific and dialectic attitude toward the measuring and testing technique of criminal mentality and its testing conclusion.We should not only apply the scientificalness of this technique to serving the investigation,but also objectively pay attention to treat its application and its inherent limitation.
