An Adaptive RTP/RTCP Algorithm in Video-on-demand

This paper proposes an adaptive RTP/RTCP algorithm of video-on-demand(VoD) after considering the server’s balance,buffer control method of the client and the network congestion control.The results show that the algorithm can ensure a good QoS of the VoD system and a steady code rate.
