The design of the on-chip voltage reference

Two errors of bandgap voltage are analyzed: temperature error and the offset ofoperational amplifiers. The methods are given for resolving the operational amplifier offset andtemperature compensation. Many voltage references are designed, and the ways to figure out theproblem of load are given, the potential trend of voltage reference is presented.
