The primary task of evaluating nuclear power damage degree is nuclear power plant functional damage assessment and nuclear radiation assessment.With the target characteristic analysis method,nuclear power plant functional damage degree index system and radiation degree index system is established,and the specific indicators is analyzed quantitatively in an index system.A foundation for mathematical model of nuclear power plant damage assessment is laid.
