In the paper we show the question about repeated construction of Chinese database in China by statistical data and example.In succession we thoroughly analyze springhead of the question.At the same time we daringly put forward process and idea by experience of construction about database in China for reference.We wish the erector and administrant of resource can give high regard to the question to make construction of figure resource came into high efficient,standard,canonical,fine developmental orbit.
