Several kinds of foreign wood heat treatment technologies and the change in product properties are introduced,with emphasis put on the variation law of each property of heat treated wood,and the inner mechanism of property change is deeply analyzed.Heat treatment can improve the application performance of wood,expand its application field and provides a development trend for the future of wood industry.
