DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MIS FOR HYDROLOGIC AND SEDIMENT OF JINSHA RIVER'S DOWNSTREAM

The implementation of the MIS for hydrologic and sediment of jinsha River's lower reaches need sufficient data. As for as the hydrologic and sediment data,the fluvial geomorphology data and the water quality data,the operations of these data,such as the inquiry,the edit and the display of 2D and 3D maps,are all based on the ArcEngine component. And the interfaces for function's extension based on the plug-in components technology are provided by the system.
