The Assessment Model of University Performance Budget based on BP Neural Network

With the rapid increase of the sacale and the shortage of the funds of colleges,the usages of the funds goes much seriously.Traditional financial budget of the college ingnore the final assessments of the input in education,so it can not fit for the development of the higher education.So it is a great importance to put performance budget into the college financial budget.In order to solve the problems of the supplying and demanding,we can use many ways,such as,the scientic management of the budget,reinforce the performance assessment.This paper try to offer new ways to solve the prombles which is based on the model of the budget performance assessment of the BP neural network.
