The influence of varying temperatures on the testing result of hemocyte analyzer

Objective: exploring whether different temperatures may affect the testing result of hemocyte analyzer. Method: Taking a sample of finger-tip blood with two tubes respectively, one being testing tube and the other contrast tube, and testing them with MEK-6318K hemocyte analyzer.Result: All items of the two samples showing notable difference except one parameter, RDW. Conclusion: Temperature affects the testing result of hemocyte analyzer. It is necessary that experimental conditions be strictly controlled so as to get accurate and reliable result.
