Realization of internal resistance measurement of lithium battery with auto calibration technology

This paper introduced some methods to measure internal resistance of Lithium battery,such as phase-locking and amplifying technologies.This paper emphasizes the method which uses auto calibration technology of standard resistance.In the processing of weak signal measurement,there are many influences to test result and precision.The auto calibration technology can reduce the influence of the system error,and calibrate the instrument easily.Meanwhile,this method also acts as a guide for some other weak signal measurement fields.System status transfer diagram and software flow diagram are listed as appendix.
