With the prevalence of web service application,web service discovery seems particularly important.Due to lack of description of quality of service(QoS)in current service discovery methods,it is difficult to select the best service to meet the requirements of consumers.A framework of semantic web service discovery considering QoS,adopting rank and feedback Mechanism and the corre- sponding match degree and filters mechanism,easy for the user to search and find desired service,thus improves the precision of selection.
