Establishment of Knowledge Rules for Generalization of Farmland Classification Integration

Knowledge-based generalization has been studied to some extent,but mostly focused on the research of generalization knowledge of topographic data or map,scarcely for a certain special purpose.The variety of special purpose map and the special needs of expert knowledge restrict the research in this respect.Therefore it is necessary to establish knowledge rules for generalization of a certain special purpose map one by one,which can accelerate the systematization and standardization of special purpose map and the development of automatic generalization.Based on the studies of farmland classification and generalization rules,this paper discusses in detail the generalization knowledge for the farmland classification integration,including expert knowledge,graphic and topological relationship knowledge,operation knowledge,thematic knowledge,and represents these knowledge with Production-Rule method of artificial intelligence.
