Research Strategy of Foreign Digital Information Service Assessment

The digital information service assessment researches in foreign countries mostly are car-ried out in the form of large-scale research projects which are often led by authoritative institutions.The research strategy of large-scale research project has many advantages in resources guarantee,the improvement of research scope,getting support,cross-cutting cooperation and field-testing.So we should learn their successful experiences,and refine our research strategies,and expand our research ideas.Then we can come up with the digital information service assessment systems consistent with the actual situation in China as soon as possible.
