The Construction of the Information System of the Scientific Research Institution

This paper expounds the contents and essences of the information system outside the scientific research institution from aspects of the classification of the information sources,the information collection paths,the functions of the information personnel,etc.,analyzes on the factors impeding the establishment of the internal information system of the scientific research institution,and points out the channels,significance and directions of the development of the internal information of the scientific research institution.
