Adjustment to the problems of copyrights of documentary information databases through the theory of equilibrium

Based on the relationships between rights and interests,this paper discusses the user,author,government and manufacturer concerned in the problems of the copyrights of the document information databases from the point of views of law and economics,which gives a clue to harmoniously deal with problems of copyrights of document information databases.
