New Filtering Method of Chemical Signals

A new method named Mexican Hat wavelet least square (MWLS) was proposed and applied in processing analytical chemistry signals. It is a powerful thchnique in signal filtering. Useful signals were filtered from the noise. The peak position remained unchaged and the relative error of peak height was less than 3.2%.
