Reconstruction of Old Test Machines Using Micro Computers and Digital Management of Laboratory

Computer is used to reconstruct old material test machine.A test system based on computer and sensors is built so that the test data can be collected automatically.The material laboratory is managed digitally.The reconstruction plan, sensors installation and software particulars are discussed.The test run shows that established system can automatically collect data,analyze and process data,prepare report automatically.The new system can improve the precision of test ma- chine and enhance the management level of laboratory.
