Analysis of Memory Management Based on Bitmap

The article mainly focuses on the theories of working process and concepts of using bitmap to allocate and recall memory in operating system.A detailed description of algorithms flow chart is given, which is about a memory resorce allocation using bitmap. This article also dis cusses the concept of a 2-level bitmap catalogue method and extends multilevel bitmap catalogue. In the meantime, it studies and analyzes managing overhead of memory management based on bitmap.
