Short message service becomes more and more important in information technology.This paper introduces the principles of data exchange between the SP of Netcom SMS and Netcom SMSC,the SP of Netcom SMS and the terminal of user’s mobile telephones.It gives the project principles and implementation method of the SP’s short message value-added service.This platform has been put into practice and has gained good eflect.
