Tolerance Analysis of Bit Timing on CAN Communication

CAN is applied widely because of its perfect performance,security and real-time.While the predominant characteristics,on a certain extent,are restricted by hardware design.If the affect is ignored in design,it would lead to error of communication,interruption of communication or even network paralysis.By studying the process of communication on CAN,the tolerance of CAN bit timing to hardware is analyzed.The conclusion of the study is of a certain direction for the design of CAN communication system.
