Solution to the Access Failure to the Oracle after Renaming the Computer

After Oracle installation,if the machine name is changed,or inconsistent directory name with the actual situation of other causes,also the file where the directory service is in and the host which need to connect can not be found.The best way to solve the error is to change the relevant configuration parameter file,and the solutions are debugged through on the computer.
