Research on Dynamic and Relative Knowledge Annotation of Digital Archives Based on Ontology

Digital archives have become an important and crucial place for publishing,storing knowledge. It is hard to be effective to describe these data,especially for the dynamic knowledge and relative knowledge because the large number of information. According to the characters of this dynamic and relative knowledge,this paper carries out a plan for interpreting and describing the data with the method of ontology and owl,which ultimately not only address the problems which could not be solved by traditional methods,and also boost the efficiencies of services in digital archives.
