There are many legal defects of Network anonymity.Cyberspace divorces from the system of legal norms because of these defects.This review describes these legal defects of network anonymity,analyzes the legal difficulties of NRS,elaborates the development process and present situation of NRS in our country,and proposes envisage of legal construction about NRS,looking forward to take Cyberspace into the system of legal norms.
