Seismic performance analysis of water delivery systems in Tianjin Economic Developed Area

Using a new method and software(SPAWGIS)which is developed for evaluating water delivery system damage states and serviceability, the seismic performance of the TEDA (Tianjin Economic Developed Area) water delivery system has been assessed. The method is involved the expert system for predicting damage of water delivery system and software based on GIS. The example demonstrated that the program is robust and efficient.
