Application of field-bus techniques in comprehensive automation substation

Some relevant conceptions and characteristics of many kinds of field bus are introduced in this paper. The application of field bus techniques in the field of substation automation is demonstrated by applying them to 220 kV Pinan and 110 kV Chuangxing substation in Shenzhen.
