Index system and demonstration analysis of talent demand prediction

In the prediction of talent demand,it is very difficult to determine and quantify scientifically the influence factors of talent demand.Taking Jiangmen as an example of talent demand during the period of 11th Five-year Plan and based on the theoretical analysis,applying historical data to do demonstration analysis,we concluded a suit of index system to forecast talent demand.The prediction effect using this suit of index system demonstrates is helpful for improving the prediction quality.
