Synthesis and Characterrization of the Ultrafiltration Membrane Materials of Poly(acrylonitrile-acrylamide-styrene)

Poly(acrylonitrile-acrylamide-styene) was prepared by means of solution polymerization,using 2,2-AZO-bis-iso-butyroaitvile as initiator and N,N-Dimethylacetamide as solvent.Structures and properties of the copolymer were investigated by IR、DSC、TG and so on.The result shows that:ionic cyclization reaction decreases with increasing styrene.Ultrafiltration membrane of copolymers were prepared with phase inversion method,the water flux of membrane is 2.63 mL/(cm~2·h)and retention is 96.95% for PEG20000.
