Application of Electron Trapping Material in Image Information Processing

In this paper, the sample of SrS:Eu,Sm was prepared by the means of solid phased reaction. Based on characters of the rare earth dropped alkaline earth sulfides, such as storage property, erasable property and saturated property, image storage, logic operation and image differentiation were all realized. Compared with the conventional methods, the new methods presented many new merits, such as non interference, real time, parallelism and the high definition. In conclusion, electron trapping material is promising in image information.
