The interation study on the author contribution psychology and the editor rejection strategy

Taking advantage of the behavior rule of psychology in the field of the editing,analyzing the author’s contribution motivation and psychological state,taking into consideration of the author and the long-term development of the journal,the paper puts forward the corresponding rejection strategy for journal editors,demonstrates that different behaviors and strategies in rejecting the contribution have different influence on the author’s psychology,resulting in different consequences.The paper proposes some countermeasures to the different consequences.
