Method of Technology Schedule Assessment of R&D Project Based on Cloud Theory

There is big difference between technology development and engineering schedule,for the former is not proper to be qualified.Cloud theory has been proved to be an excellent mathematical tool for dealing with uncertain and vague description of objects,and it can realize the transforms between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression.As for RD project planning and controlling,schedule assessment is crucially important. Considering such characters of research project,especially the importance of technology,a method of technology schedule assessment based on cloud theory is set,the vague description of technology schedule problem is solved.
